At Personalized Perfection, your satisfaction is our priority. Since each product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
Eligible Returns:
Defective or damaged items upon arrival.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Claims must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (order number) and photos of the issue must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
